Shipping & Returns

These Terms and Conditions May Change

My Splash Pad reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web site.

Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

  1. My Splash Pad will ship to any physical address in the US. My Splash Pad will not ship to PO Boxes. (My Splash Pad will ship outside of the US at an additional cost from what appears at shop.myportablesplashpad.com. Orders to ship outside the US must be called in to My Splash Pad and can not be completed online.)
  2. Each shipment requires signature confirmation therefore, timely delivery requires that customers make themselves available for its reception. If a customer is not there to receive the delivery, the carrier will charge an additional fee to deliver again; therefore, the customer is responsible to pay the additional fee.
  3. While My Splash Pad strives to maintain its 3-5 day average time-to-ship, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
  4. Due to the size of our products, My Splash Pad uses a truck carrier for most of the shipping. When possible, My Splash Pad will ship smaller features UPS. Depending on the distance between the destination and our facility, shipping can take up to one week.
  5. All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of our truck carrier. My Splash Pad honors all holidays honored by our truck carrier and follows a M-F work week.
  6. For orders accurately placed at shop.myportablesplashpad.com, My Splash Pad guarantees the shipping cost(s) displayed at the time of purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

For returns or exchanges due to a manufacturer’s defect (view warranties), please call My Splash Pad direct at 330-705-1802 for further instructions.

Other types of returns or exchanges are accepted if ALL of the following are adhered to:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, as documented by our carrier.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be packed in the original crate and packing and shipped back to us by a truck carrier.
  • Proper insurance for transit of the item is required.
  • The customer is responsible for all costs related to the return shipping.

The amount of the refund will be affected by the following:

  • A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund.
  • My Splash Pad does not refund the original shipping and handling paid on the order.

To begin the return or exchange process:

1. Please email info@myportablesplashpad.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA#.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

3. Ship your returned item via truck carrier to:
